Ready to become a homeowner? We will cover the difference.

With our new program, we will work with you and your lender to make sure you're able to achieve the same payment you're paying in rent for the first year of ownership.

How it works

1) First we invite you to take a tour of Mirador. Explore our community and floor plans to make sure it's a right fit for what you're looking for.

2) Connect with one of our preferred lenders to get your pre-approval. The lender will help guide you in and advise you on how much you'll need to put down and will let us know how we can work on getting your monthly expenses equal to what you're currently spending in rent now.

3) Once we've gone through the numbers and you're pre-qualified you can select your unit and take it off the market by providing your 1% earnest money deposit. This deposit is applied toward your closing costs and reserves your unit until closing day.

4) Move in and close! After you've done a final walkthrough of the unit and your lender has approved all final documents alongw it the title company, as soon as your bank funds, you'll be able to move into your new home!

*Example: If you’re currently paying $1700 per month in rent and the monthly cost to own at Mirador is $2500, we will cover the $800 difference for the first year - so you can own for the same monthly cost you’re paying today.*
