Reservation Information

The refundable reservation deposit will be $1,000 and in early August we will start going down the reservation list in the order the deposits are received for unit selections and contracts, with first closings in September 2024. 

We will start accepting reservations on the morning of July 12th, and will send out an email with the reservation agreement and a formal overview of the reservation process on Thursday, July 11th.
